WELCOME TO THE DUNEDIN HISTORICAL SOCIETY AND MUSEUM

Named the 2013 Best Historical Museum in the Tampa Bay Area by Tampa Bay Magazine 

 

The museum contains approximately 2,000 artifacts, 2,500 photographs and a library containing 200 volumes of local and Florida History. Included in the museum collection is an electronic archive of the Dunedin Times Newspaper, from 1924 through 1965. The collection includes antique clothing, household tools and utensils used by Dunedin pioneer families during the 1870's through the 1900's.  More>>

On June 22nd, we will be hosting our 2nd annual, Dunedin Duck Derby! See the Duck Derby tab for more information!

Currently

We are constructing our newest exhibit, A Pint of History: A Brief History of Beer with the help of the Dunedin House of Beer, 7venth Sun Brewery, and the Dunedin Brewery.
